What!

This is a kids’ race that starts with a Le Mans start (more details below). Costumes are highly encouraged, and we’ll provide cape-making for all kids who participate! Each group will have one heat, and winners will be selected from each heat.

Share the spirit of SBT GRVL! Any working pedal bike is allowed, but a mountain bike is recommended for the terrain. Helmets are required. All podium awards will begin at 12:15 PM.

What is a Le Mans start?

In a Le Mans start, racers’ begin the race on foot, running to their bikes before hopping on and taking off! This adds an extra fun and exciting element to the race, giving everyone a fair shot at a strong start.

Age Groups & Race Distances

• 6 & Under → 1 lap

• 8 & Under → 2 laps

• 10 & Under → 3 laps

• 14 & Under → 4 laps

Race Schedule

Each heat starts 15 minutes apart to keep things moving smoothly.
