Mountain Tap Brewery and Routt County Riders collaborated to brew a springtime beer named Prickly Pedal, and we’re tapping it up with a party!
Prickly Pedal will start flowing from the tap at 3 p.m.
Randy Kelley and Jon Gibbs will provide live music from 6-8 p.m.
Throughout the afternoon and evening of the tapping party, Routt County Riders will provide cycling, trail and membership information.
Limited edition Prickly Pedal T-shirts, hats and stickers will be for sale, and Mountain Tap Brewery will donate $1 from every pint of Prickly Pedal sold to Routt County Riders.
Prickly Pedal was brewed with prickly pear cactus fruit, a nod to the desert-recreation season that annually jumpstarts just as Colorado ski areas close down. It’s light, tangy and oh so quenching!
New this year, in addition to being served on tap at Mountain Tap Brewery, Prickly Pedal will be available in 6-pack cans to-go!
