This rad and inspiring event will take place Thursday\, April 18th from 6:00-7:30PM at Bud Werner Library Hall and feature several short films covering the journeys of minority women in the mountain biking world along with conversations with local female cyclists. \n\nThis event is completely FREE\, family-friendly and will include a raffle at the end with awesome prizes. Pizza will be generously provided by The Corner Slice and all films will feature Spanish subtitles. \nPlease note this is a non-alcoholic event. DESCRIPTION:Mountain Tap Brewery and Routt County Riders collaborated to brew a springtime beer named Prickly Pedal\, and we’re tapping it up with a party!\n\nPrickly Pedal will start flowing from the tap at 3 p.m.\n\nRandy Kelley and Jon Gibbs will provide live music from 6-8 p.m.\n\nThroughout the afternoon and evening of the tapping party\, Routt County Riders will provide cycling\, trail and membership information.\n\nLimited edition Prickly Pedal T-shirts\, hats and stickers will be for sale\, and Mountain Tap Brewery will donate $1 from every pint of Prickly Pedal sold to Routt County Riders.\n\nPrickly Pedal was brewed with prickly pear cactus fruit\, a nod to the desert-recreation season that annually jumpstarts just as Colorado ski areas close down. It’s light\, tangy and oh so quenching!\n\nNew this year\, in addition to being served on tap at Mountain Tap Brewery\, Prickly Pedal will be available in 6-pack cans to-go!
